Hello, my beautiful Shades! 🎄
What are your plans for the weekend? Let me know in the comments. ☃️ I've prepared something yummy for today's episode of the blogmas series. Is there anything more comforting on a cold winter’s Friday than delicious, chocolate homemade cookies? It’s my number one go-to treat throughout the year when I need a tasty little pick me up but, when it comes to this time of year, I like to get a little extra, and add a touch of cake sprinkles.
📍Ingredients:
⭐️ 1 cup butter
⭐️ ½ cup white sugar
⭐️ 1 egg
⭐️ 1 teaspoon baking soda
⭐️ 2 teaspoons warm milk
⭐️ ½ teaspoon salt
⭐️ 2 cups all-purpose flour
⭐️ 1 chopped chocolate bar
⭐️ cake sprinkles
📍Directions:
👩🍳 Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
👩🍳Cream together the butter, white sugar, and beat in the eggs one at a time. Add baking soda along with salt and warm milk. Stir in flour, and add the chopped chocolate bar. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans. Finally, fold the sprinkles onto cookies.
👩🍳 Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
👩🍳 Bon Appétit!
