Another Monday, another exercise challenge! ๐Ÿ’ช How did you like the last challenge? What do you think about Zombies, Run? Honestly, for me, it was quite challenging, but I loved that! I'm not even into zombies, but this game has a catchy story, and let me tell you, it works wonders. As soon as I started to space out and got bored, the story came on again, and I was able to focus on that and got excited for the next piece of the story. I truly believe that this will be my favourite running app. 

This week, we are going to try 12 minute Tabata workout (click here). What is Tabata? Tabata is a high-intensity interval training, which is specifically designed to get your heart rate up in a short period of time. That is to say, Tabata helps to burn our Christmas cookies calories, increases endurance, and finally, it improves efficiency. That sounds great, right?
